The Nagatier Cloak is made from the pelt of the filthy giant rats who infest the basements of the House Macabre. It is obtained through dark sorcery by completing the Pentagram quest with a group of four other Aislings -- one of each class. It cannot be dyed or altered in any way, and is bound to the Aisling who acquires it.
